Information you provide
When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, desired moving date, pickup and destination ZIP codes, size of move, service requested, crew request, access details and any additional information you choose to share. Do not include payment card information or sensitive documents in this form.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, confirm service area and availability, prepare pricing and coordinate a move. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking and does not enroll you in unrelated marketing messages.
How requests are sent
When you submit a quote request, it is processed server-side by our website hosting and email delivery providers and sent to our business inbox. We use Cloudflare for website hosting and Resend for configured transactional email delivery. The form displays confirmation only after the email service accepts the request. If submission cannot be confirmed, your details remain in the form so you can retry. It does not open your email application.
Sharing and security
We do not sell quote-request information. We share it only as needed to respond to and perform requested services, operate this website, comply with legal obligations or protect against abuse. We use encrypted website connections and server-side validation. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Technical data and cookies
Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information and security logs. The quote form keeps unsent details in the current page’s memory, not browser persistent storage. The site uses a hashed network identifier to limit automated submissions; these rate-limit records are removed after approximately 48 hours when new submissions are processed. We do not add advertising trackers. Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts.
Retention and your choices
Quote requests sent by email remain in our business email system while needed to respond, coordinate services and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to any legal retention requirements.
